Sauna & Water Center

Before purchasing the entrance ticket, please carefully read  the rules and recommendations for a safe and enjoyable visit to the water center.

General Instructions

• Children up to 13 years of age are admitted to the waterpark and sauna center only if accompanied by their parents or an adult. Responsibility for the state of health of children and supervision of them rests with their accompanying person.
• Every visitor to the water center must follow safety rules, maintain order, and keep the area of the aqua center clean.
• On the premises of the aqua center, it is forbidden to smoke, to drink strong alcoholic beverages, or to be under the influence of narcotics and be light or heavy alcohol intoxication. The staff of the water center has the right to ask a visitor who is intoxicated or might be a threat for himself/herself and other visitors to leave the aqua center.
• You can use the rooms and equipment of the aqua center only during operational hours.
• It is strongly prohibited to use glassware or any other glass items on the territory of the water center.
• It is not allowed to stay on the premises of the water center wearing outdoor clothes or outdoor footwear.
• The visitors who cannot swim must notify the staff of the water center about it.
• It is forbidden to enter technical or service rooms equipped with the signs saying "No entrance" or "Service room". The visitors who have entered these rooms shall be held fully liable for any malfunctions, breakdowns, or emergency situations in these areas.
• The water center disclaims liability for the injuries suffered by the visitors or for other health damage and shall not compensate for any subsequent damage.
• It is forbidden to eat or drink in the swimming-pools or saunas.
• It is not allowed to visit water center under the influence of narcotics.
• It is not allowed to visit water center under the influence of alcohol.
• Visitors under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will be immediately sent out of the water center.
• Being under the influence of alcohol, visitor is responsible for risk himself (including risks  associated with damaging own health and others).
• Do not use glasses, jewelry, or other items that can cause damage to you or other visitors.
• Do not leave your personal items, wristband, or valuable items without supervision. The administration disclaims liability for personal items left in the changing rooms or in the lockers.
• If you have any questions or problems, turn to the staff of the water center or to the receptionist, who will help you with great pleasure.
• If you do not follow the instructions and the rules of conduct, the staff of the water center can suspend the ticket or cancel your visit without any compensation.

The time of the visit and the tickets

• The right for visiting the water center is only granted after purchasing the entrance ticket according to the price list or for the guests of the hotel. After purchasing the ticket, you get a wristband with an electronic key. The wristband grants the access to the water center through the turnstile, allowing to use the lockers for personal items and to pay for extra services on the territory of the water center.
• Once you pass the turnstile, the time of your visit to the water center starts ticking.
• You should pay extra for any overtime at the water center according to the price list.
• If you have lost or damaged the wristband, you should compensate for its cost. The price of the wristband is indicated in the price list.
• Please use the wristband for purchasing items at the bar in the water center. When leaving the center, the visitor must pay for the services he/she has purchased at the bar.
• The guest is obliged to change clothes, return the bracelet, pay for the bar services and leave the Spa area no later than 21:00 (9 PM).
• Guests of the sauna center are given a blue bracelet, which allows using the services of the sauna center only. Guests of the water park are given a red bracelet, which allows to use both the water park and the sauna center. Noorus Spa staff have the right to inspect the bracelet.

Changing rooms

• While in the changing room, choose a free locker, change clothes, lock the door with a wristband magnetic key.
• Please make sure that the door is locked and take the wristband along to the water center.
• After visiting the water center, wipe yourself with a towel before entering the changing room.

Sauna Center

• By purchasing the ticket all visitors of the water center confirm that they have sufficient physical capacity and skills for using the services that the center offers, and their health condition allows them to do that. They must also read the safety rules.
• While visiting the water center the wristband must be worn so it would be visible. It is not allowed to exchange wristbands or take them out of the water center. If you have lost your wristband, notify the staff immediately.
• Keep the long hairs using a swimming cap.
• Before visiting the water center take the shower, remove make-up.
• After the sauna use take a shower.
• All swimmers, including children, must wear swimming suits.
• It is strongly recommended to wear flip-flops or other special shoes on the territory of the water center.
• It is forbidden to swim in the swimming-pool wearing shorts or other clothes that is not meant for swimming.
• Do not run on wet floors, which is dangerous both for you and for other visitors.
• In order to avoid unpleasant situations with kids younger than three years old, use special diapers.
• If you are feeling bad, turn to the staff assistant for help.
• Watch carefully the marking lanes in the swimming-pool.  If there are trainings or group sessions,  please do not use same lanes.
• While swimming use the right-hand direction. Please pay attention to other visitors.
• It is forbidden to sit or stand on the limiting devices along the lanes.
• Do not disturb other visitors, do not push or pull them.
• While using the center´s equipment or accessories , please use them carefully and after using it, return it back.
• It is forbidden to jump into water.
• It is strictly forbidden to use shampoo and shower gel in the hot tubs and pools.

Saunas

• Before going to the sauna, take a shower
• Please visit the saunas that are located in the changing rooms without swimming suits.
• Use towels or special mats for sitting on sauna benches.
• Pour only hot water on the furnace in reasonable quantities. 
• In the steam room, take into consideration the wishes and requests of other people visiting the sauna.

Waterpark

REMINDER FOR SLIDING TUBES

• The recommended weight for downhill slides should not exceed 100 kg.
• Using of sliding tubes is based on your own risk.
• Choose a pool or attraction with the right depth for your swimming skills and health.
• Please ride feet first, alone and do not wear any additional equipment (glasses, swimming aids etc.).
• For safety reasons, children under 7 years of age, pregnant women and persons suffering from fragile health should not ride the slide.
• Always wait for the green light while using sliding tubes.
• Depth of water in the braking channel is 20 cm.
• Do not wear glasses or jewelry.
• Ride feet first lying on your back.
• Hands must be crossed on chest.
• Do ride alone.
• Do not ride head first.
• Do not ride kneeling.
• At the end of the slide exit immediately.
• The sliding tube may damage your swimwear.
• Traditional swimwear is most suitable for enjoying the water park. Swimming in shorts, rivets, studs, locks and buttons on swimwear are not allowed while using the sliding tubes.
