NOORUS SPA WATERPARK AND SAUNA CENTRE VISITOR RULES

1. General Provisions

Before purchasing an admission ticket and visiting the waterpark and sauna centre, please carefully read these Visitor Rules. By purchasing a ticket and/or passing through the turnstile, the visitor confirms that they have read these Rules and undertake to comply with them.

1.1. Every visitor is required to comply with these Rules, safety requirements and the instructions of Noorus Spa employees, and to maintain order and cleanliness within the water centre.

1.2. The Administration has the right to restrict or terminate access to the water centre for any person who violates these Rules or safety requirements, or whose actions pose a danger to themselves, employees or other visitors. Depending on the nature of the violation, the validity of the ticket may be suspended or the ticket may be cancelled without a refund.

1.3. Smoking is prohibited in the premises of the water centre, including the use of electronic cigarettes and other similar devices.

1.4. It is prohibited to enter or remain on the premises of the water centre under the influence of narcotic substances or in a state of alcohol intoxication in which the visitor poses a danger to themselves or other persons. Noorus Spa employees have the right to require such a visitor to leave the water centre.

1.5. Bringing or using glassware or other glass objects within the water centre is prohibited.

1.6. Outdoor clothing and outdoor footwear are not permitted in the waterpark and sauna centre areas.

1.7. Visitors are prohibited from entering technical, staff-only or other premises marked with signs such as “No Entry”, “Staff Only” or other warning signs.

1.8. A visitor who enters premises or areas closed to visitors without authorisation shall be liable for any damage caused by them in accordance with applicable law.

1.9. In the event of any questions, deterioration of health, injury or an unsafe situation, the visitor must immediately contact a Noorus Spa employee or administrator.

2. Visiting Hours, Tickets and Wristbands

2.1. The right to visit the waterpark and/or sauna centre is granted upon purchase of an admission ticket in accordance with the applicable price list or in accordance with the conditions of the visitor’s hotel stay.

2.2. Sauna centre opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00–21:00.
Opening hours may vary depending on the season.

2.3. On public holidays, weekend prices apply unless otherwise provided in the applicable price list.

2.4. The visiting time begins when the visitor passes through the turnstile.

2.5. If the permitted visiting time is exceeded, an additional fee of 2 EUR shall be charged for each 10-minute period by which the allocated visiting time is exceeded.

2.6. The visitor must complete their visit, change clothes, return the wristband, pay for bar services used and leave the water centre area no later than 21:00.

2.7. Upon entry, the visitor is issued an electronic wristband. The wristband is used to pass through the turnstile and to open a locker in the changing area. It may also be used to pay for additional services provided within the water centre.

2.8. The wristband must be worn on the wrist throughout the entire visit and must not be given to another person.

2.9. Exchanging wristbands, giving a wristband to another visitor or taking a wristband outside the water centre is prohibited.

2.10. In the event of loss or damage to the wristband, the visitor must immediately notify the administrator and pay the applicable replacement cost. A fee of 20 EUR shall be charged for a lost wristband.

2.11. Noorus Spa employees have the right to verify that the wristband belongs to the visitor and that the wristband corresponds to the type of visit purchased.

2.12. Visitors to the sauna centre are issued a blue wristband, which entitles them to use the services of the sauna centre.

2.13. Visitors to the waterpark are issued a red wristband, which entitles them to use the services of both the waterpark and sauna centre.

2.14. A family ticket permits entry to the water centre for a maximum of two adults and two children aged 12 or under.

2.15. The wristband may be used to pay for services at the bar located within the water centre. Upon leaving the water centre, the visitor must pay for all services used.

3. Changing Area

3.1. In the changing area, the visitor selects an available locker, changes clothes and locks the locker using the magnetic wristband key.

3.2. Before starting the visit, make sure that the locker door is securely locked.

3.3. The wristband must be taken with you to the aquapark or sauna centre.

3.4. Do not leave the wristband, money, documents, mobile phones or other valuables unattended.

3.5. The Administration shall not be liable for personal belongings left unattended by the visitor, including belongings left in the changing area or in a locker, unless otherwise provided by law.

3.6. Upon leaving the water centre, the visitor must take all their belongings with them and must not leave them in lockers or other premises.

4. Safety Requirements

4.1. The waterpark and sauna centre are areas with increased humidity and air temperature. Floors, stairs, bridges, pool edges and other surfaces may be wet and slippery in certain areas.

4.2. Due to the specific characteristics of the environment, there is a risk of slipping, losing balance, falling and sustaining an injury.

4.3. Visitors are required to take these risks into account and exercise particular caution when moving around the water centre.

4.4. The use of flip-flops or other footwear intended for use in swimming pools and areas with wet surfaces is recommended.

4.5. Running, pushing, making sudden movements or otherwise creating a danger to oneself or other visitors is prohibited within the water centre.

4.6. Jumping into the water from pool edges or from any other areas not intended for this purpose is prohibited.

4.7. Before using swimming pools, water attractions, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis or other equipment, visitors must independently assess their physical condition, age, physical capabilities and individual circumstances.

4.8. Visitors must observe the restrictions indicated on information boards, safety signs and operating instructions for the specific equipment or attraction.

4.9. Persons with limited mobility, impaired balance or coordination, excessive weight or height, as well as persons who require assistance when moving, must exercise particular caution and, where necessary, use the assistance of an accompanying person.

4.10. If a visitor’s health or well-being deteriorates, they must stop using the equipment or the relevant area and immediately contact a Noorus Spa employee.

4.11. Visitors are responsible for complying with safety requirements themselves and must carefully monitor their own safety and the safety of persons accompanying them.

4.12. If spilled water, damaged flooring or other surfaces, malfunctioning equipment or any other potentially hazardous circumstance is detected, visitors are requested to immediately inform the nearest Noorus Spa employee.

4.13. Visitors must comply with all safety-related instructions given by water centre employees.

5. Swimming Pools

5.1. Before using the swimming pools, visitors must thoroughly wash themselves in the shower without wearing swimwear.

5.2. Swimwear, swimming trunks or specially designed swim diapers are mandatory for all visitors using the swimming pools.

5.3. Children under 3 years of age must wear specially designed swim diapers.

5.4. Consumption of food and beverages in the swimming pool is prohibited.

5.5. The use of shampoos, shower gels or other personal hygiene products in the pool is prohibited.

5.6. Visitors must shower before moving from a sauna or steam room to a swimming pool or jacuzzi.

5.7. Visitors with long hair are advised to tie their hair back or wear a swimming cap.

5.8. Swimming pools may not be used while wearing shorts or other clothing not intended for swimming.

5.9. The use in the water of glasses, jewellery or other items that may cause injury to the visitor or other persons is not recommended.

5.10. When using the large swimming pool, visitors must follow the designated swimming lane markings.

5.11. Movement along swimming lanes must take place on the right-hand side.

5.12. Do not use lanes where training sessions or group activities are taking place.

5.13. Sitting or standing on swimming lane dividers is prohibited.

5.14. Pushing, pulling or otherwise disturbing other visitors is prohibited.

5.15. Swimming pool equipment and accessories must be used with care and returned to their designated place after use.

6. Sauna Centre and Saunas

6.1. Visitors must shower before using the sauna.

6.2. When sitting on the wooden benches in the sauna, visitors must use a towel or a special sauna mat.

6.3. When using the sauna heater, only hot water may be used and only in a reasonable amount, in accordance with the applicable instructions.

6.4. Visitors must take other people in the sauna into consideration and refrain from any actions that may cause them discomfort or create a danger to them.

6.5. The use of objects or substances not intended for use in saunas or steam rooms is not permitted.

6.6. Visitors must shower before moving from a sauna or steam room to a swimming pool or jacuzzi.

7. Jacuzzis

7.1. Visitors must shower before using the jacuzzi.

7.2. The use of shampoos, shower gels, soap or other washing products in the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited.

7.3. Visitors must comply with any restrictions concerning the permitted duration of stay and the number of visitors, where such restrictions are indicated on information signs.

7.4. If a visitor’s health or well-being deteriorates, they must immediately leave the jacuzzi and contact the nearest Noorus Spa employee.

8. Water Slides

8.1. Before using the water slides, visitors must read the instructions and comply with all specified safety requirements.

8.2. Water slides may only be used in compliance with the age, height, weight and other restrictions indicated on the information signs for the specific slide.

8.3. The recommended maximum visitor weight is 100 kg and maximum height is 190 cm, unless otherwise specified in the instructions for the particular water slide.

8.4. Before starting the descent, visitors must make sure that the slide is clear of other users and wait for the green light or other signal specified in the operating rules of the slide.

8.5. Only one person may use a tube slide at a time, unless otherwise specified in the instructions for the particular slide.

8.6. During the descent, visitors must maintain the position specified in the instructions for the respective slide.

8.7. If the rules of a particular slide require a descent on the back, the visitor must descend feet first, keeping their arms in the position specified in the instructions.

8.8. Descending head first, on the knees or in any other manner not specified in the instructions is prohibited.

8.9. Descending as a group or with several persons simultaneously is prohibited unless permitted by the rules of the particular slide.

8.10. After completing the descent, visitors must immediately clear the braking area and leave the splashdown area.

8.11. Before using the slides, visitors must remove glasses, jewellery and other objects that may cause injury to themselves or other persons or damage the equipment.

8.12. The use of water slides is not recommended for children under 7 years of age, pregnant women, or persons whose health condition or physical capabilities may prevent them from using the slide safely.

8.13. Before using the water slides, visitors must independently assess their state of health and physical capabilities.

8.14. The use of water attractions may result in damage to swimwear. Visitors must take this risk into consideration when deciding whether to use the attraction.

9. Children and Minors

9.1. Children and minors must remain under the constant supervision of an accompanying adult.

9.2. Children aged 13 years and under are permitted to enter the waterpark and sauna centre only when accompanied by a parent or another adult responsible for the child.

9.3. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising the minor and ensuring compliance with these Rules and safety requirements, to the extent provided by law.

9.4. Children must not be left unattended, including in swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas, on water slides or at other facilities of the water centre.

9.5. When visiting as an organised group, there must be at least 1 adult supervisor for every 6 children under the age of 13.

9.6. The accompanying adult must take into account the child’s age, physical capabilities and individual circumstances and must not allow the child to participate in activities or use attractions that may pose a danger to them.

10. Visitor Responsibility and Compliance with the Rules

10.1. Visitors must comply with these Rules, safety requirements, equipment operating instructions, lawful instructions given by Noorus Spa employees and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

10.2. Before using the facilities and services of the water centre, visitors must independently assess their physical capabilities and state of health.

10.3. Visitors must take into account the risks characteristic of the waterpark and sauna centre, including risks associated with water, wet and slippery surfaces, changes in temperature, stairs, bridges, swimming pools, water attractions, saunas and other equipment.

10.4. Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to Noorus Spa property and for any harm caused to other persons if such damage or harm results from a violation of these Rules, safety requirements or equipment operating instructions by the visitor.

10.5. The use of facilities and equipment in violation of the applicable rules and operating instructions is prohibited.

10.6. In the event of a violation of these Rules, the administration has the right to require the visitor to stop the violation, leave the relevant area or leave the water centre. In such cases, the cost of unused tickets will not be refunded.

10.7. In the event of a serious violation of the Rules or the creation of a danger to other persons, the validity of the admission ticket may be terminated without a refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

10.8. Caution – hot surfaces.

The sauna and steam room areas contain heating elements and hot surfaces of sauna heaters, contact with which may cause burns. Visitors are prohibited from touching the sauna heater, sauna stones, metal or other heated surfaces. Visitors must maintain a safe distance and follow the instructions given by waterpark employees.

Doors with door closers.

Doors in the waterpark premises are equipped with door closers and may close with increased speed and force. Care must be taken when opening and closing doors. Do not place hands, fingers or other body parts in the door closing area, and supervise children.

Emergency exits.

Fire and emergency exits are intended exclusively for evacuation in the event of an emergency. Using emergency exits to enter or leave the waterpark under normal circumstances is prohibited. It is also prohibited to open or block emergency exit doors without authorisation.

Visiting in case of an infectious disease.

To protect the health of other visitors and waterpark employees, visitors are requested to refrain from visiting the waterpark if they have an infectious or other contagious disease, or symptoms that may indicate such a disease. Visitors showing signs of illness are advised to postpone their visit until they have fully recovered.

10.9. These Rules do not limit or exclude the liability of the Noorus Spa administration in cases and to the extent established by law.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. By purchasing an admission ticket and/or commencing their visit to the waterpark and sauna centre, the visitor confirms that they have had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with these Rules.

11.2. The administration has the right to amend and supplement these Rules. The current version of the Rules is made available to visitors in an accessible location.

VISITOR INFORMATION

Please pay attention!

The waterpark and sauna centre are areas with water, increased humidity and elevated temperatures. Wet floors and other surfaces may be slippery and create a risk of falling and injury.

Do not run or push others. Exercise caution on stairs, bridges and around swimming pools.

Before using attractions or equipment, assess your physical condition and capabilities, read the instructions and comply with the applicable restrictions.

An instructor is on duty at all times within the water centre. In the event of a dangerous situation, please immediately contact the instructor or another Noorus Spa employee – they can be identified by special markings on their work clothing or by identification cards worn on their chest. Pay attention to your own safety and to the safety of children accompanying you.

In the event of a dangerous situation, injury or deterioration in your well-being, immediately contact the nearest Noorus Spa employee.

If a visitor violates these Rules, the Noorus Spa administration shall not be liable to the visitor for any resulting harm to health or damage to property.
